Halo 3 Local Cus. Game Glitch

In halo 3 start up any custom game match only local not xbox live or friends only and when you get in the game with you or some friends, press and hold the whole time these following buttons---

RB LB left stick (hold down) A button, and with your nose or somebody elsees finger the last button up or down on the directional pad and hold all of those for 5 seconds simontaneously (sp.?)
